AFTRS 'theme' collaborative project

 These 2 very short films were constructed by Ryan, Jay, Al and myself. We intended to explore various themes and ideas relating to each of our creative statements. The main point for me was to demonstrate the expressive power of music over conventional dialogue. At least in this instance, music wins ;) ..... Was ultimately a fun project to work on, having 2 composers working together actually proved pretty successful! I used a recording of a ride cymbal I had made previously for my Editors collaboration with Tim Guthrie as well as more manipulation of the original prepared piano recording- it keeps giving!
